Goodbye is not forever



Baked till 4am yesterday morning for Springfield/ Camper/ Shaw colleagues and friends
Why wee hours?
Had no time and the cookies will be in their freshest state when given out

Sunday saw Nel; Alan & gf; Josh and I at Marina Barage flying kites
Weather was cool to begin with but drizzles gradually came


Alan didn't have much affinity with his kites
They either fumbled distinctively in the wind or flew away
He bought a second kite and the string snapped
BUT he managed to retrieve it hahahahha
His eagle was a very greedy one that couldn't resist ducking into the ground for worms

Before we could even send my birthday stingray into flight, we found a hole in it :(
Bought another kite and soon enough a hole appeared yet again
Fortunately the kite associate was kind enough to do exchanges for us
So.......we chose a soft whale kite instead!
Shall post images next time

Had dinner at a steamboat place in Bugis
$20 per pax for a wide spread of food
I think I was crowned the biggest eater at our table

Good Sunday

Delivered cookies to the outlets in town area earlier this afternoon
Still missing them much but goodbyes are inevitable and not forever
Bryen took me by great surprise today
He gave me a big hug and said he missed me a lot

They told me to visit often but we all know these will gradually come to a halt
These three months memories will stay close to my heart

Mom is planning a 4 days trip before my US trip
Half of December will be spent out of Singapore
A very rewarding December to close year 2011 well

Tian long invited me to be present during his registration of marriage next year
Said he could invite 3 people and I was at the top of his mind
Touched and elated, no need for consideration, I will be there

Did not have a good rest during this week of 'vacation' but it was spent fruitfully I should say
Am ready for school tomorrow, hooray to no tutorial first week

10 days to complete 15 pages SIP report and work on FYP
