All right, I've decided to turn on the notebook again.
Just a post and I'm off to bed.
I wasn't the one whom set cell session on every Wed; HOF (Youth service) on every Fri; Heart.Sports on every Sat and Main service to be on Sunday.
I did not choose it this way.
Why is it my fault then?
I'm always hearing:
"Church, church, church. Everytime also church."
"Aiya. Also used to it already. Hear also sian already."
In sch, whenever I ask what time a particular lesson/ proj. meeting will end, I'd always hear:
"You going church later ah?"
"Church again ah?"
"You meeting your friends again ah?"
I'll always brush it off by smiling, without making any statement.
But you know what? It doesn't feel good, really.
Being a Christian, attending church services/ activities is my responsibilty and also a commitment to me.
It's sth that I hope ppl can understand and respect.
Don't let this be a religion-religion issue. I'm not that holy nor blinded by religion.
I do skip services at times to accommodate other stuff, like meeting friends.
Please know that I feel bad whenever I can't make it for a gatherings/ outings due to church stuff. I'm kinda not given much of a choice.
I run all over the place and tire myself but just to ensure I can juggle my time better.
It will hurt someone when one speaks tactlessly.
Try to place yourself in others' shoes and decide if those words should be heard.
Respect others even when you're in the different league from theirs'.
I thought that conversation was redundant.
Anyways, I'm not just saying to a small group of ppl but to everybody.
Take this positively.
I'm sorry if it's offensive in any way.
