HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SU MIN!



Two add-ons.

-Read this from some article in the clinic last week : A ten minutes nap is actually better than sleeping two hours at night. Not sure how true it is but I hope it helps ppl!

-Read this from a magazine (Fact) : A study at University of Adelaide tested that part of the brain that controls movement and has found that the brain is more receptive to learning at 8 pm than at 8am.
To what degree is this true once again? May be true, may not be.

Just had my cheese cake, ice-cream and crackers. Guess I'm back to normal. (Grins)
But I'm still hungry!

Made a remark when I was at Leelee's place last night. And I thought her brother had gone into the room!
Apparently he heard and texted Leelee. He didn't mind and was laughing in fact.
The message tickled me but I feel bad. Sorry! Unintentional!
